NOTES

A depressed, globular shell to 25 mm with prominent flat ribs on the surface. The columella has distinct pustules and weak teeth. There are also weak teeth on the outer lip. Lays oval, white egg capsules. Lives in the upper mid-tidal region and eats algae and lichens.
