NOTES

A terrapin which can reach 325 mm. It has a very thin, flat shell and a large head with two small tentacles below the chin. The hind feet have a webbed fringe. Lives in temporary wetlands and slow moving water. Often basks on land. It is omnivorous and eats plants, insects and frogs.
