NOTES

A variable shell which can reach 105 mm. Has a high spire, sharp apex and spiral ridges. The ridge on the shoulder is prominent with rounded nodules. The outer lip is ridged inside and the inner lip has a restricted callus. The siphonal canal is long. Lives below tidal level and feeds on polychaete worms.
